Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for Head of Sales and Operations to join us at Go2andaman; someone who will come in with prior experience in the travel industry & expertise in sales or marketing. We are not looking for people who we delegate work to. We are looking for decision makers & action takers, people who are willing to grow and will help us grow the company.
 
This role is for someone willing and wanting to spend a good amount of time at G2A. You will be equally important a part of the company as the founding team. Responsibilities will be shared among the core team, so hustle should be expected.
 
Note that this role is for someone who will run the show. So please expect conversations to go in deep detail, how to get revenue in, product development, audience targeting, and more. This position is great for someone who responds well to change, and who always tries to find a better way of doing things while handling multiple teams and projects. 
 
Must have skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience of working in a travel industry ( If you don’t have experience in the travel industry and think you have something really extraordinary to bring to the table, do apply) 
  • Working knowledge of Cloud applications like Google sheets, Doc and Drive
  • Basic knowledge of Excel 
  • Proficiency in English ( Writing & Speaking) and Hindi ( At least speaking) 
  • Good at communicating via emails and over calls. 
  • Must understand online business’ and how they function

  • You excel at prioritization and multi-tasking – No day will be the same at Go2andaman. We work with timelines and structure but everything goes in parallel so prioritizing and multi-tasking will take you forward. 
  • You are Independent and proactive – You don’t wait for instructions to solve a problem and get things done. 
  • You embrace challenges – Nothing is out of scope for you.
  • You are kind, personable, and professional(even when speaking to difficult individuals)- You will deal with the customer who is trying to ‘get in touch with someone in management’. You will deal with teams who are relying on you to solve their issues. You will liaison with vendors and activity providers regularly.   
  • You have great work ethics- We trust you to be transparent & honest; and so are we.
  • You understand new technology and creative concepts- We believe in smart work and hence are always looking to automate tasks with the help of technology. You don’t have to be a coder or geek but should have basic knowledge of slack, email automation platforms ( mailerlite, mailchimp etc) and wordpress. 
  • Have a sense of humour, are outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident, and possess common sense.
