
Day 1: Port Blair: Entry Way to Paradise
This day marks the beginning of your eight-day vacation to the ever-beautiful Andaman Islands. Upon arrival at the Veer Savarkar International Airport at Port Blair, a G2A representative will be available for a meet and greet session and ensure your comfortable transfer to the hotel.
The first leg of your cultural vacation takes you down memory lane. Visit the Cellular Jail aka Kala Pani, one of the most prominent prisons in the country during the British reign. Pass by its many galleries and see sculptures and paintings that tell us about the life of freedom fighters here, Walk through its many corridors and stop by the eerie gallows that tell tales of the atrocities freedom fighters were subjected to. Your next stop will be at the Samudrika Museum where you can learn about the island’s exotic marine life.
The later part of the afternoon is saved for a long scenic drive that takes you the Munda Pahad Beach at Chidiyatapu. Famous for offering one of the best sunsets the islands have to offer, Chidiyatapu with its soothing chirping of birds is nothing short of mesmerizing. Although the site in itself is significantly stunning, it’s the pictorial drive along the coastline into the tropical forests that will take your breath away. Spot a variety of beautiful birds and the famous Padauk trees endemic only to the region; you will only cherish the experience forever.

Day 2: The Baratang Expedition
This exhilarating day begins at 03:30 am with you embarking upon a 100 km drive that takes you through the tribal Jarawa Reserve.
Kindly Note: Tribal tourism in Andaman is strictly prohibited and illegal. You cannot interact and/or even photograph the indigenous population. Photography/videography during the travel will result in immediate arrest and the law authorities of the region will take severe action for the same.
At Baratang you will see some of nature’s wonders like the stunning limestone caves and the 41 active mud volcanoes of the region.
After sightseeing in Baratang, make your way to Mayabundar. On this day you have the opportunity of staying the night with a first-generation Karen family. The evening calls for a dive in culture as you learn the art of traditional Karen cooking and spend quality time with the family discovering how they first came to the islands and more.

Day 3: Culture Trip!
Rise to a beautiful morning in your host’s house and spend some time with the family – you have an exciting day ahead. The first half of the day is reserved for a guided forest walk session that brings you face-to-face with the wilderness of the islands.
Post lunch, have a gala time with the Karen women when they take you fishing with them to the nearby river stream. Use bamboo sticks and conventional hooks and learn the classic Karen way of fishing – the experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Later in the evening, meet other first-inhabitant families of the region and learn about their lives in the islands.
The day comes to an end with a traditional meal with the family and an overnight stay at the Karen Homestay.

Day 4: Offbeat Andaman!
Wake to a beautiful morning in Mayabundar and make your way to Port Blair. On your way stop by the secluded Karmantang Beach. Welcome to long stretches of grey volcanic sand gently embracing the shallow waters the mangrove line creeks – the beach is exceptionally beautiful. Thanks to the Forest Department, the beach is an eco-friendly picnic spot with facilities such as bamboo tree houses, a playground for children, garbage bins, and clean dressing rooms and toilets.
After a fun filled time by the beach, continue your journey to Port Blair. On arrival, check into your hotel and head to Sagarika – the government-run emporium and shop your heart out. The place has some amazing handicrafts and shell artefacts that make great gifts for friends and family.

Day 5: A Visit to Havelock
This day brings with it a visit to the stunning Havelock Island. After a quick breakfast at your hotel head to the jetty and take a ferry to Port Blair. On arrival, head to your resort and rest until lunch.
Post lunch, you will make your way to one of most beautiful places on earth – Radhanagar Beach. Famous for being the best beach in Asia, Radhnagar with its white sandy shoreline, azure waters, and a stunning panorama is an absolute delight! You can choose to swim in its crystal clear waters or just soak in the beauty of the place lazing on the beach. The sunset is here is known to be nothing short of sublime and we recommend you don’t miss it.

Day 6: Oh Havelock, You Beauty!
A visit to the Andaman Islands is incomplete without making a pit stop at Havelock and for all the right reasons! White sandy beaches, teal waters, and dense forestation teamed with a variety of water activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking make Havelock a must visit.
After a quick breakfast at your resort head to the Elephant Beach famous for its corals that begin that can be seen at less than a meter’s distance in the water. Indulge in water activities like jet skiing, snorkeling or take a glass-bottom boat ride to see the exotic corals of the region – the place is paradise.
The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Havelock.

Day 7: Island Visit
Commence your day with an early breakfast at your resort and make your way to Port Blair. On arrival, check into your hotel and rest for some time.
Post lunch, you proceed to the splendid Ross Island. Once and erstwhile capital of the islands, today Ross Island lies in ruins. Walk into the island and be welcomed by numerous deer and peacocks; take a stroll in tranquility amidst ruins and see the beauty that’s on offer. Lastly, witness the magnificent sound and light show that tells us about the islands and its history.
Head back to Port Blair for a comfortable stay at your hotel.

Day 7: Home Calling!
After breakfast at your hotel, make your way to the airport with beautiful memories of an enriching experience in the Andaman Islands.
