The ferry operators maintain the authority to arrive at a final resolution for your concern, taking into account the details you have provided. As a standard practice, they are likely to suggest either purchasing a new ticket or extending their support in securing a seat on the next accessible ferry, usually for a small fee, subject to availability.

Please ensure you have the following essential documents with you when boarding:

  1. Ferry Tickets
  2. Government-IDs (such as Aadhaar or Passport)

While it is advisable to have a printed ticket with you during the boarding process, it is not mandatory.

To ensure a smooth boarding process, we suggest arriving at the jetty at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you're traveling with children or seniors, we recommend arriving 1 hour prior to departure. Please note that boarding gates close 30 minutes before departure, so please plan accordingly.

The Ferry Operators/Go2andaman will use the email and phone number provided at booking for communication regarding cancellations or rescheduling. You need to keep these accounts active and accessible.

If a ferry sailing is canceled due to uncontrollable factors, passengers are offered a free rescheduling option based on availability. If this option is not satisfactory, a full refund can be requested.

To Cancel or Reschedule your booking, please send an email to info@go2andaman.com using the email address that you used when making the reservation. Kindly Note: Cancellation or Rescheduling fees may apply depending on our policy.

It's advisable to book ferry tickets in advance when travelling to the Andaman Islands, especially during the peak tourist season, to secure your seats and schedules. Last-minute bookings may be risky due to limited availability, so planning ahead is recommended for a smoother travel experience.
