  1. The above-mentioned sailing schedule is not a live inventory. Seats are subject to availability.
  2. All seats in Makruzz-3 (only economy) are issued under the economy category and there is no distinction in Economy, Luxury or Royal. The price for all three categories is the same. 
  3. In case the booking date is within 72 hours of the travel date, full payment will be collected, because it falls very close to cancellation window, one of our agents will get in touch regarding the same.
  4. Due to technical difficulty, infant charges are not added automatically on the final page while booking. We will be adding it manually in the balance amount while sending the final confirmed tickets.
  5. Infant Tickets: For Makruzz, the ticket for an infant below 1yr is Free. Anyone above the age of 1yr is charged for a full ticket. For Green Ocean and Sea Link Ferry, the ticket for an infant below 1 yr costs INR 124 (Charged by ferry operators). Anyone above the age of 1yr is charged for a full ticket.
  6. We charge INR 50 per person per ticket as a convenience fee. Prices shown are inclusive of GST, passenger fee and our convenience fee. 

Things to note while booking your Ferries: 

  1. If you are booking your ferry on the day of arrival in Port Blair, make sure there is a time gap of 1.5 hours to 2 hours between your flight arrival and ferry departure time. You will need to be present at the jetty at least 1 hour before the ferry departure time. 
  2. Book your ferries in the sequence of your travel. E.g. if you are going from Port Blair to Havelock to Neil & then back to Port Blair, book your ferry for Port Blair to Havelock first, then Havelock to Neil & then Neil to Port Blair. 
  3. Please enter all your details correctly. If there is any change in title, name, age or gender then tickets will need to be canceled and reissued. This will incur cancellation charges as per our cancellation policy.
  4. Your tickets would be issued in 3-4 working hours after payment during working hours ( 9 am to 6 pm IST, Mon to Sat).
  5. On the checkout page, please enter your full name and correct age as per your valid ID card.
  6. All seats in Makruzz-3 are issued under the economy category and there is no distinction in Economy, Luxury or Royal. The price for all three categories is the same. 
  7. We try to give our customers all the seats together and the best possible seats but would not be able to guarantee anything. If there is any particular request, that needs to be communicated before we book the tickets.  
  8. ITT Majestic has only Economy and Luxury categories, In case Royal is booked, Luxury will be automatically selected and given.

Ferry Routes


Ferry Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1.  If tickets are issued and the customer wants to cancel: 
  • The blocking amount will be charged as a cancelation fee.
  • For Makruzz, Sealink and Bhagya Express cancellation charges 72 hours before the sailing will be charged INR 268/Person/Ticket, between 48-24 hours before sailing 50% ticket price + Taxes + INR 168 and within 24 hours of sailing – No refund
  • For Green Ocean cancellation charges 72 hours before the sailing will be charged INR 268/Person/Ticket are applicable
  • (Documentation Charges Per Ticket No.), between 48-24hrs of Departure 50% ticket price + Taxes + INR 168 are applicable, and within 24 hrs of departure – No Refund. 
  1. In case of cancellation of the sailing program due to bad weather, any technical reason or anything not under the ferry operator’s control: 
    1. For Makruzz tickets, passengers will get the refund of tickets after deducting INR 168 per person or the passengers can reschedule their journey as per the availability. 
    2. For Green Ocean tickets, passengers will get the refund of tickets after deducting  INR 268 per person.
  2.  Important Information :  
    1. For Makruzz ferry, tickets issued in Deluxe and Royal Class after 1800Hrs for the next day departure will not be entitled to the snacks box on board.
    2. Paid Snacks are non-refundable if the tickets in Royal & Luxury class is being cancelled after 1800Hrs for the next day departure.
    3. Ferry Operators reserves the right to cancel or change the sailing schedule for any official reason

Frequently Asked Question’s about Ferry Booking in Andaman

  1. How do I book ferry from Port Blair?
    With limited internet in Andamans, the best way to book a private ferry when already there is to visit the Ferry Operator’s office. Else, many online tools are available such as Go2andaman ferry booking service.
  2. How long before the scheduled ferry time should I be at the jetty?
    We recommend that you reach the jetty at-least 45 mins prior to the departing time so you have sufficient time for boarding. If travelling with children or senior citizens, 1 hour would be ideal. The boarding gates close 30 mins before departure.
  3. What is the distance from Port Blair airport to jetty? How to go?
    The distance between Port Blair airport and Haddo jetty (private ferry boarding point) is 5- 6 km. It takes about 15-20 mins via auto/taxi to get there. If travelling by government ferry,  go to phoenix bay jetty and this is about a 10-15 minute ride. Do note that port of boarding for ferries sometimes change, so please verify the jetty for boarding a day prior to your travel date.
