Our suggestion:

Always book ferry tickets before confirming hotels. We cannot stress this enough. It is unfortunate to see, a number of people coming to us with a booked hotel at Havelock (with strict refund policy) looking to somehow get them a ferry ticket from Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) to Havelock (Swaraj Dweep). We are only able to do so much.
-
Do not leave ferry bookings to the last minute. Andaman islands have become tourist hot spot in the last couple of years leading to a shortage of ferries from on all routes, whether it is Neil Island to Havelock or Neil Island to Port Blair, during the peak holiday season. Hence ferry tickets get sold out weeks before the scheduled departures. We advise you to book your ferry tickets online as soon as your plan to visit the Andaman Islands is finalised.
Note: Due to COVID-19, Makruzz has not started sailing yet. Makruzz Ferries are expected to sail from the month of December.
